I did not receive my code. What now?
Check your spam folder first, then contact support@reepal.com or chat with us in the ReePal app and we will sort it out.
Are digital products refundable?
Because top-ups and gift card codes are delivered instantly and cannot be reused, they are generally non-refundable once delivered. See our Terms for details.
